Mahilia has held leadership positions including Island Manager at Mental Health Caribbean and Nursing Director at the psychiatric hospital in Suriname.
With deep roots in the Caribbean, she now focuses on supporting professionals and organizations through coaching, training, and advisory services that prioritize cultural sensitivity, practical results, and human connection.
